SCBC Rider Pass

The online registration for the 2013 Sonoma County Backroad Challenge is now closed. If you still wish to ride, you may register on-site at the event on Sat. May 17th.

All Rides Include:

  • An awesome day of cycling the Backroads of Sonoma and West Marin Counties
  • Fully staffed rest stations: hydration, nutrition, and technicians (oh my!) - first aid available, if needed
  • SAG support, first aid and mechanical.
    *Note: we expect you to be self supporting, mechanically, we're here for emergencies.
  • Swag from our sponsors (No Bags this year, just a "Please Take One" Table at the Festival)
  • Hot (or a temperature of your choosing) shower at Club One after the ride!
  • BBQ Meal at the Backroad Fest -- music, fun, and fellowship until 6:00 pm (or so)
  • A complimentary beverage of your choosing (we got the first round - you get the rest) - (We suggest the Lagunitas Brewing or Petaluma Hills Brewing Company selection)
  • Support of worthy charitable causes!

Register Early!

The 2013 Backroad Challenge is limited to 1750 riders. No, seriously, we're sticking to the hard cap this year. Check in, rest stations, SAG support, etc. are being scaled to accommodate 1750 riders plus Course Marshalls. Be warned, we won't budge on the cap and we expect the ride to sell out.

Important Information

Registration is available only on this website. We will e-mail ride-day details prior to the event. Check in will be the morning of the ride - you'll receive your wristband and sign your waiver. Please print directions and maps from the Course Section of the website. We'll have some available at registration. Swag, including T-Shirts, will be available at the Backroad Fest following the ride. This is a rain or shine event. No refunds. We accept Visa and MasterCard only.

Teams and Sponsors

Register 10 or more riders together to receive a 10% discount on your order. If you will have a team of 10 or more riders and want them to register individually and receive a discount, contact our Team Coordinator for a coupon code. If you are an event sponsor, contact our Sponsorship coordinator about special pricing.
